First of all switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone. Don't leave the other keys till you see your formatting window. 2. The phone will be formatted automatically. It may take a few minutes to complete full phone formatting. 3.Once the formatting is completed, your phone will return back to original system and factory setttings.
