Question about Sharp MD-MT20 Personal MiniDisc Player
My minidsc says only "TOC ERROR a" and then it turns off. I've tried with many registered and empty minisc but he does not work in any case.
I am sorry to say but your unit needs to be sent for repair. The TOC error shows up when the unit can't read the Table Of Contents of the disc (and simply shuts down after trying)....and in your case, you said it can't read any disc. This indicates that the lens unit has malfunctioned and needs to be repaired or replaced.
