Question about Computers & Internet
My Toshiba Satellite laptop was doing the same thing. Mine would skip letters and words, as I was typing (I'm a pretty quick typist) After searching many forums, I finally stumbled upon the remedy myself. I removed the "shadow" from my pointer (it's only function is to make the "pointer" appear to be 3-D)...it's in the mouse folder in the control panel. Hope this helps.

A bad chip in the keyboard usually causes this problem. Replacing your keyboard with a new one is the thing to do
