Touch Me by LG (FM37). problem caused by USB disconnection while downloading data
I need your help. I disconnected my Touch Me while it was downloading data. Now it says : "Rebuilding the library, please wait..."
I can't neither turn it on nor reset. just nothing.
Had somebody the same problem and could someone cope with it somehow?
Re: Touch Me by LG (FM37). problem caused by USB...
My FM 37 has done the same. Must have been a power surge or something because I never disconnected it while it was transferring. I have tried everything and cant get it to work. My suggestion is to any FM37 owners is- Turn off the library building in the setup and maybe it wont happen to you.

In fact, you can use an iPod to computer transfer program to backup the data files form ipod to your iTunes first then sync to your iPhone.I personally use iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer. It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos/playlists etc from ipod to my computer directly and safely. It works well for me,you can give it a try.
you can download to pc or directly to cell (as long as you have an unlimited data plan)...download firmware to pc is just as quick...you connect the cell via usb cable to pc.....(make sure your cell phone connection is switched to data) find the cell on pc (my computer) open it you should see data folder...open and extract the firmware and place it there ...disconnect power down cell / up again to see if firmware was taken
My LG TOUCH ME FM37 becomes dead when i'm updating its firmware for mp3 player from internet, suddenly breakup in my network connection and updating was unsuccesful and it stop working from that time. Please help me.
Hi, u should install the software provided in the LG CD itself. Once installed. activate the software pc suite. and also connect your LG phone via usb cable. You shouls see and indicated as connection ready. Select the option 'Content' under Tool, and u should able to carry out file transfer from there as usual way.
I too have had the "Device Manager code 9001 see manual" message come up on my LG unit, after having upgraded the firmware. All my music and photos disappeared and the unit would lock up if I tried to record anything.
I decided to format the device (from the General Settings) and the error message doesn't come up anymore. All my stuff was gone so there was nothing left to lose. It seems to be working now. I hope this helps you guys too.
