F2 means water in the flood pan remove dishwasher from under bench and tip back the water will run onto the floor.then test the dishwasher while it is still out you can remove the rear panel were the hoses go through and check the drain hose for leaks also check the white plastic ring under the metal filter for cracks, they look like a dark line.as far as the dispenser the most common cause is the main board, remove door skin and control panel and check the back of the board for damaged tracks, you will also have to replace the wax motor(red) on the drying fan(if fitted)check the solenoid on the dispenser for open circut.hope this helps.Ian.

I have a adg7560/1. the cycle starts but ends after a few minutes. the light flashes four times

Run the dishwasher through a test mode

Test Mode

Make sure the appliance is empty of water before running Diagnostics as it does not pump out before starting to fill and therefore you could overfill the appliance.
Open the door and set the program to the first program. (Normally rinse).
Turn the power off.
Press and hold the start button and while holding turn the power on.
After a little while the start button will flash, release the button.
Press the start button once and close the dishwasher door.
The machine will now run through a diagnostic routine.
Should take about 20 mins.
The machine will stop during diagnostics if an error is found and will display the error code. If no error is found it will complete the diagnostics and end the programme.

To exit diagnostics at any time just press and hold the start button till the programme is cancelled

Adg 3962 IX showing fault code f2 with flashing

The machine has a switch inside that activates when a set amount of water is loaded.
If this switch then breaks (switches off) during the wash the machine assumes that the water has leaked out.
Run it through a couple of washes, check for a leak and see how it goes.
Hopefully it will be fine.
F2 indicates a flooded base.

Press and hold the start button until the start light goes out. (This resets the appliance)
Select a new programme and try the machine again.

If it comes up with a fault F2, take the panel off below the door and check for water in the base.
Be careful when you take the panel off, the exposed edges are razor sharp.
Drain any water in the base, reset and try the machine again and watch for a leak through the inspection panel.

Asko 1875 - will not stop

OK, just had the same problem wit my dishwasher, ASKO 1875, ,,,,,, Firstly, open the door and remove the tilt screws that secure it from tilting, top left and right corners at the front , pull the dishwasher out from under the bench enough so you can get to the back of the unit. Take care with the power cord [ should be turned off at the wall] . At the fear there is a panel at the bottom held on with 4 selftapping screws, remove these and ease panel away from the machine enough so you can see inside. Now you are likely to see alot of water sitting in the bottom tray, [ l did on mine } This exess water activates a small float under the pump which in my case caused the problem. Sponge the exess water out into a bucket, there will be quite a lot. Once dry try turning your dishwasher back on and hey presto the lights on the controll panel should be back to normal. Turn power off again, replace bottom panel to the back of the machine. Reinstall back under the bench, not forgetting to replace the tilt screws and all should work well....... Hope this helps. If still a problem you may have to dig into your wallet and call a serviceman. P.S. If you dont want to remove the back panel and sponge the water out, you can just tilt the dishwasher over to drain the water but this will cause abit of a mess {water } on the floor, but it is alot faster. Good luck.

F2 fault

The F2 error codes relates to high water level It could be a clogged in the drain line. Often the problem is at the point where the drain line attaches to the garbage disposer or household drain line. You should remove this line and clear it form any debris in the hose or the hose connection. Be sure to reattach the hose before starting the dishwasher again. As well it could be a defective or a malfunction pump. Good luck!
