WANNA CHANGE MY BACKUP SERVER

hi good morning,
i m using veritas backup exec 10.0 version on a windows based server [ml570].
I want to change the server for backup. is there any way to save all the settings as it is .so that i can get my backup setting same as now on new server.
pls suggest.
