Ur system is infected with a virus, try and disinfect with AVG antivirus. you yu don't have try and download it on www.gosoft.com it is free, but be careful if the level of the virus is high, it will knock off your OS. just after this you can repair the os if it xp using the second repair format. good luck

The safest way is to re-install the program.

1. Re-download the installation files here:
MP3 Rocket
2. Uninstall the non-working version.
Uninstall or change program Windows Help
3. Install the re-downloaded version.
4. Open My Computer.
5. Locate the MP3Rocket.exe file. Double-clicking on this file should start the installation for the program.

Excel file problem

Two possibilities:
  1. You accidentally save it as an HTM or HTML file. It will still open in Excel if so. Open the file in Excel and do a Save As back to an XLS (Excel 97-2003 version file) or XLSX (Excel 2007 - 2013 version file).
  2. You associated XLS or XLSX files to be opened with CometBird. If so, right click on the file and choose "Open With," then go to the bottom of the choices and left-click on "Choose default program..." Then choose Excel and you should be all set. Windows will reassociate all your files to automatically open with Excel instead of CometBird.

When I click on Favorites and click on a file it tells me that it is unable to find locale data and to please reinstall

First try to use Fixing program. You'll find them on your hard drive: scanpst.exe Your database should be et: C:\Users\[name_of_profile]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\

Also some people have found this to work as well:
looking around my system I found a file " C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\new_chrome.exe" as well as " C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe".
When I double-clicked on the new_chrome.exe" it was changed to old_chrome.exe.
When I next clicked the chrome.exe all worked!
Perhaps others will benefit from this without any re-installation or registry modifications.

When i click on internet explorer it says send error report, don't send and my connection fails. what should i do to connect to the internet on my phone.

First Close all applications you have open on your Computer. start and click Run. Type ftp.mozilla.org. It would open up a window with 3 options, open PUB. Open Firefox. Open Releases. Open 3.6. Open Win32. Open En-US. Right Click on the First file that says Firefoz3.6setup.exe. Click Copy. Minimize this screen(Click on the Minus button on the top right corner). Right click on empty space on your Desktop(Home Screen where you have Icons) and click Paste. The file would get downloaded to your computer. Double click on the File Download and Install, Finish the installation by just hitting next every time it says. And now you have a brand new browser ready for your computer.

    Iexlporer probleme

Try finding Netconn.exe in your C:\Windows directory and double-clicking it. If the error still occurs, delete Netconn.exe, and then click Start, click Run, type MSCONFIG (hit enter), click the Extract File button, type in NETCONN.EXE as the file you would like to extract, click the button labeled ‘Start’, type the path to your WinME installation files where it says ‘Restore From’ (example: D:\Win9x), and type in ‘C: \Windows’ where it says ‘Save File In’ and click OK.

Naturally, back up registry, move copy of deleted keys to desktop before removing.

    Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,System, CurrentControlSet, Services,
    ICSharing (the whole thing).

In addition to removing the whole ICS Sharing folder,
    HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\ICSharing (entire folder),

    Remove HKLM\System\CCS\Services\RemoteAccess\LocalNameResolution (all keys)
    Extract ics.inf, icshare.inf and icsharep.inf to a temp folder (like C:\ICS)
