Need replacement remote for Hyundai 320A dvd

Hyundai DVD-320A / DVD-360A / DVR-510C

1. Method 1:
2. Turn on the player (without a disc inserted)
3. Press 7, 7, 0

1. Method 2:
2. Turn on the player (without a disc inserted)
3. Press 7, 7, PLAY
4. Select region (0 = multi-region)
5. Press SETUP

1. Method 3:
2. Open the disc tray
3. Press 3, 8, 0, 0
4. Select RC (0=codefree)
5. Press SETUP
6. Close the disc tray

Turned out to be oxidisation on the battery terminal in the remote--scraped it off with point of a penknife to ensure good electrical contact and hey presto!!

Support for these portable DVD players isn't there. The manfacturer of the product line went out of business last November. You could check with the Walmart 800 customer service center number and see if they know or have a source for getting a new remote control.

acknowledging: Region code hack posted by ZoidsGodzilla, November 22 2006: for the Samsung DVD-V5600

1. Press the DVD button on your remote (the Samsung logo appears)
2. Press the SUBTITLE button on your remote
3. With your remote enter the code: 76884
4. The current region is displayed on the top left corner of the screen. (e.g. 4)
5. Press 9 on your remote (Region free)
6. Again press the SUBTITLE button on your remote
7. Enjoy the Region free player

If your player is NOT Region 4 by default then you will need to Substitute the Numbers in Step 3 with the ones Below.

Region codes:
RC 1: 2, 9, 3, 3, 4
RC 2: 3, 8, 7, 6, 7 (or 5, 7, 5, 3, 8 )
RC 3: 5, 6, 7, 3, 2
RC 4: 7, 6, 8, 8, 4
RC 5: 5, 3, 8, 1, 4
RC 6: 2, 4, 4, 6, 2

For Example if your Player was Purchased in the usa ( Which is Region 1) then Step 3 would read :-

3. With your remote enter the code: 129334

i have one of these too, how ever the dvd player reports incorrect disc and won't eject - anyone know how to manually eject the dvd drive ? - also any news on the sky remote code.

if this remote uses 3 digit codes, try the following: 214, 215, 216, 401
if it is 4 digit, try these: 0386 0390 0391 0392 0424 0430 0436 0439 0445 0457 0459 0938 0913 0401 0949

If the universal has a "code search" function, try that. If not get one that does and likely you will find a code that works.

I just tried the solution suggested by jcallahan on my Motorola DRC800 remote for my Cyberhome CH-DVD 300. The code that worked was 1023.
