X box 360 problems

My x box 360 is messed up. It will not read discs and somtimes the tray will not open. what do i do?

Is it placed on its side (the hdd facing up) that might be why the disk tray is not opening.

it might be a bad disc or your lens on the drive is burnt out. try other disc, if the same problem you need to contact microsoft.

I put a x-box 360 game in the disc tray and it reads and then after that my x-box 360 says open tray. what should i do to fix this reading problem?
take and open the tray then blow inside hard Some time i use (AIR IN A CAN) to clean out that will do it

I replaced the disc tray on my xbox 360 and it wont read games
try taking it back out and going over instructions again maybe you messed up somewhere. hope this helped
