The Boot Manager is either corrupted or damaged, or the scripts in Boot.ini have been deleted in process of editing the file

Something has removed the bootmanager from your harddrive your going to need the windows cd, you can try useing the repair console to restore the bootloader, also you can try a repair install or a fresh windows install.
