If water remains in the drum after the drain cycle, the unit will not go into the spin cycle. There may be a couple of reasons for your problem.
Make sure the drain hose is raised above the machine hose outlet to create a siphon effect. The drain hose needs to have a loop in it to work correctly. You can tie a string around the hose and hook it on the water valve creating a loop in the hose. Raise the loop of the drain hose so the top of the loop height is at the center of the washer drum.

I have a broken bra wire stuck behind drum of LG turbo drum washing machine, how do I get the drum out??

You don't say if it's a front or top loader. I managed to get one out with a strong magnet inside the drum just moving it about until it appeared near one of the holes in the drum without taking the machine apart. But it was a front loader and is probably easier than a top loader.

I hate washing machines

check the suspension system. I am not familiar with this particular achine, but front loaders in general must have the straps put back on the tub when moved. if the unit recieved and hard drops or bumps it could have ruined/damaged the suspension causing it rock out of control. The suspension could be springs/ and or shocks, like a car

Walking during the spin cycle

Try placing it on a rubber mat or carpet that has a rubber backing. The floor may be too smooth and allows it to walk.
