If water remains in
the drum after the drain cycle, the unit will not go into the spin cycle. There
may be a couple of reasons for your problem.
Make sure the drain
hose is raised above the machine hose outlet to create a siphon effect. The drain
hose needs to have a loop in it to work correctly. You can tie a string around
the hose and hook it on the water valve creating a loop in the hose. Raise the
loop of the drain hose so the top of the loop height is at the center of the
washer drum.
