I read your other responses and although mine is similar I have an additional issue. When I plug in my SanDisk, it will charge, but isn't recognized by my computer. I went to uninstall it, but it doesn't even show up in the Device Manager. Any suggestions?
Please make sure you have the latest version of Windows media player and contact me for addtional helps if needed...
Thank You

I use Vusta & Windows Media Player(WMP) 11. Sometimes the computer makes a sound and the system tray shows that a device search is happening. But neither the windows explorer or WMP recognize the mp3.
What version of windows do you have? What version of windows media player? When you plug in your device, does your computer make any sounds like something is connected?
