Call the samsung number in back of the phone and they'll ask for the long digit serial nmbr then they'll give u the code. then u'll need to go back (where wee all ****.d our phones from) lol settings.. phone settings..(stupid)NAM selection and put it back to nam 1 and thats it!! my code waas 4612 hope it works for u .....ciao

This means it has lost it's programming somehow, you are going to need to take it in to your cellular provider's nearest office so they can help you fix the phone. Please rate my answer as 4 thumbs up, I would be forever grateful, I really need it. I'm sorry there is no easy fix for your phone, but it can be fixed by your local cellular provider store staff.
Power off, then power back on. WIthin 10 seconds, press "yes", "1", "4" and then "yes". It should them take about 2-3 minutes to complete the initial programing and the word "Successful" will appear on the screen.
Dial *228 and press send. Listen for the prompt and press 1 to program
your phone. Remain on the call while your phone is programmed (could
take up to 2 minutes). Do not hang up until you hear, 'Your phone has
been programmed successfully."
