Cant get remote access working on new Binatone Symphony 2210 cordeless phone. When called remotely, remote access comes up on handset but does not play messages. Have tried default access code 0000 and different access code and pressing 5 to start/stop messages.
If you have set up the TAM settings correctly then it seems to be a fault with the machine. I've set up my TAM settings with new pin and I still can't remotely access the messages.
Make sure you are pressing the * key before you enter the default code (as far as I can recall).

I have a Binatone 3325, suddenly I cannot dial out or access the menu. I get a double tone everytime I hit any key. I can receive calls, and then I can hang up and then I can dial out, but just the once, then it reverts back to the keys being useless. Any help would be welcome
If I hit any key I get a double tone and cannot dial nor access the menu etc. However, I can receive calls and if I then hang up I can dial out, but just the once before it returns to being a useless keypad. Any suggestions would be welcome.
