Question about Kenmore 15121 Built-in Dishwasher
could be a few things, control board, heating element, sensors. look at the heating element, (the thin dark tube under the bottom rack) if it looks broken or caked up with calcium it may need to be replaced. if it looks ok start the wash cycle and let it run for a minute, then open the door and tap it very lightly and quickly with your finger to see if it's getting warm, if it’s not hot it could be a board/wiring/sensor problem. , if it’s in warranty contact the manufacturer if not contact a sears or a local appliance repair company
