How do I Fix an anoying error message on my

You can uninstall the Flash player which may help as long as you dont want to play Flash items. If you would like to do this, go to the following site and download the uninstaller for Flash.

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

It's possible that Flash is already uninstalled and that you have a screensaver that needs it. This would explain why it happens every 5 minutes (possibly). Try changing your screensave and see if that fixes it.

Good luck!

I keep getting a pop up saying something about macromedia flash player 8..what is this and why does it appear?

Macromedia Flash Player was installed on your computer at some stage. This player is used by a few WEB sites which displays movie like (Flash) files. When you go to a WEB site which displays Flash files, Macromedia can detect an older version of the Flash Player and prompts you to install a latest version of the Flash Player.

Macromedia flash error message

Here you can download the 30 days shareware version of complete macromedia flash software. Download and install it. If the problems comes back out after trial expires, it means you are trying to use a feature that requires complete flash software installed.
