You will need a RCA Clone PRO CBX203 PROGRAM DIAGNOSTIC Remote to Decommercialize the unit or to reset the parental controls that is keeping you from accessing the Menu function. Most dealers have this remote and will fix your TV for a small charge. (Actually some might just do it for free)
