Question about Kitchen Ranges
We got a new Saeco Primea Ring. it worked fine for two days but now, when I select any coffee ( e.g. expresso), the machine starts brewing, then it displays 'cycle interrupted'; then 'boiler filling, press OK'; and then when i press OK a few drips are released and thats it. in the manual there is no mention of 'cycle interrupted'.
Have the same problem. spent a fortune and replaced nearly everything inside via 3 different repairers. called a recommended repairer in Qld and they refuse to work on this model and to get rid of it. Nothing seems to fix it. works for one day on weak setting then same again. waste of money. have you found a solution that works? will be setting fire in the backyard to mine and posting on facebook to get point across to Saeco in coming weeks. good luck with yours! cheers.

Please, Clean brew unit with only hot water not cold water and set the rinse cycle everytime machine power " On".
