Are you asking how to clean the drum and cleaning blade? If so, it is not worth the time if you don't replace both of them at the same time. There is one screw that hold the unit in. Then it slides out.. This Model was designed to replace the 2152 series.. It is a very Bad design.... Good Luck

Pull out the image unit. have the drum removed check the cleaning blade is it yellow replace it. IF you can fine run ! Clean the drum off be careful no liquids USE a clean brush. NO vacuum cleaner the static electricity from the vacuum cleaner can destroy the Developer sensor (Unless you know how to do it). Remove the Transfer assy. located below the drum (Push down and out From the rear also) clean also

Odds are you need a new drum cleaning blade. The only problem is trying to find parts for the copier. Good Luck

It is not hard to do... The question is are you a service tech or just want to do it your self. If you are not a tech, it is best to leave it to someone who knows how to do it. It can & will get ugly fast if your not sure on how to do it......

the issue you have is that the cleaning blade is worn and you will need to replace the cleaning blade This will fix your issue also make sure the fuser rollers are clean

Drum cleaning blade has gone bad. Especially true if the streaks seem to get progressively worse as you run multiple copies. In other words run 10 copies. If the last one out is worse than the first one out it is the drum cleaning blade. Cheap part...around $25
