Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3m Cellular Phone
I've tried taking the battery out and restarting it. The other solutions I found on line such that direct through the menu to turn off auto save and the such do not work for me because I don't have those selections on my menus. My phone if from Verizon and has no SIM card. When I check the memory it says I still have plenty available and I've deleted all calls, vm, and text messages. Thanks
Well have the phone exchange or have the phone firmware reflash by taking it to a mobile service center or mobile technician.
