Check your wires to make sure they're not crossed. follow them all the way back to the radio if you have to. when it comes to subs, you have to get it right with how you connect your possitive and negative especially coming out of the amp. if you have rca's connected from the radio to the amp, then check the output to your subs from the amp to the subs, make sure theyre wired correctly. if you used your stereo wires for input to your amp, then make sure those wires are positive with positive and negative with negative. also make sure you have them hooked up to rear output only. don't use one rear and one front.

Where is the reset button positioned in KDC-139

The reset button is a small button below and towards the left side of the volume knob. A good picture of the location is in the manual from Kenwood, http://manual.kenwood.com/files/B64-3901-00_00_MW_En.pdf , on page 3.

I hope this helps.

Subs not programmed into dash...?

It sounds like the input gain on the amplifier needs to be adjusted.

OR if your certain this hasn't changed see if both of your RCA cords (Left and right) are working. I had a similar issue when the mono block AMP was only sending signal from the left channel to the amp which in turn was dropping the input load in half. Its all about isolation.

Simple way to test this is to adjust the L/R balance of your deck all the way left or right and see if the amount of bass changes. If you balance all the way left and you lose your base completely then you know your amp isn't getting signal from the left channel thus if you move it all the way to the right and the bass disappears then the problem is with the right channel.
