Question about Apple iPod nano
My ipod frequently freezes while its on..it wont play though the screen is on and i cant turn it off ..the light stays on too. to fix it i have to wait till the battery goes and then charge it and its fine.
the other day my i tried to turn on my ipod but it wouldnt turn on
the batteries not gone because i tried to charge it but that wouldnt work.
i cant get it back on
is there a way to fix it ?
I went to charge my Black 8Gb (3rd Generation) iPod Nano this morning..and then it just froze(while it was on)! Then I had to leave it for several hours and let the batteries go..then I recharged it again, it worked perfectly untill I connected it to the computer to transfer more songs and charge it once more, and then it just froze once again.....and its still on..it won't turn off, and the lights are still on too! OH! Also..the computer is not detecting it either... =(

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
