Did you try to uninstall Java thru Add and Remove Programs from you're control panel? It's possible that you have more then one version of Java loaded on you're system. If so uninstall all versions. Then reboot.

Try updating the Java run-time on your computer. If it is out of date, your Java content may not work. You can update Java at http://www.Java.com.

Hi there, I am trying to install windows Vista as a virtual machine but I keep getting an error saying something that I have recently installed has caused a problem. The app I installed was vmware which I...

Hello there, usually when you want to install a virtual machine the first thing to do is determine if the virtual machine platform is compatible with the OS you are planning to install. I had similar problems with VM ware when i was trying to use it with vista and it was one error after the other.
Needless to say VM Ware is not so compatible with vista. If you really want to use a virtual machine for vista without hassles simply switch to Virtual Box from sun micro systems. You can download this for free from virtual box.org the system is straight forward, easy to use and has great support capability for vista OS.
Hope this support has been helpful?

I cannot get rid of java on my computor i have fatal error on install that does not allow me to get of it

Install this great free program cCleaner. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner Once you have it installed open it and run the Registry cleaner and fix all it finds. Now open the Tools tab and click the Uninstall Tab. Find all Java programs on the list and then click it and then click Run Uninstaller. Uninstall all instances of Java. Run the Registry cleaner again and restart your computer. Install the newest version of Java if you want.

Compaq Preario V5245eu cant get past scrolling xp window just restarts and doesn'r get anywhere have had a c000021a fatal error warning- help please Rodger

If you attempt to install a piece of hardware or software on your PC computer that is incompatible with your system, you may see a blue screen with a C000021a fatal error warning. The easiest way to recover the Windows operating system from this type of error is to restore your computer to a previously working state.
1.Press the "F8" key on your keyboard when prompted during the boot process.

2.Use the up-and-down arrow keys to highlight the "Last Known Good Configuration" option. Then hit "Enter.
3.Use the up-and-down arrow keys to highlight the operating system version that you wish to boot up to, and then hit "Enter" again. The system will now restart to the last working version of your operating system, which will eliminate the C000021a fatal error.
Hope this helps

Java says fatal error when i try to install on computer. i tried to copy it from external drive on to computer.

I would go to control panel, then "add or remove software". Find Java and then completely remove it. Then go to www.sun.com and redownload the java software and install it again.
