Depending on your computer or your keyboard you need to set up a macro. Look in the manual or online for a manual that will guide you through this for your specific computer/keyboard. Most manufacturers would help you if you call them.
Firstly check that the Pen Tablet options in the Wacom control panel are set to "Pen Mode" it may be a good idea to set the pen back to default. This is shown in the attached picture.
Secondly the tablet preferences file may be corrupt. Use the following procedure:
Do a Search or Find for the TABLET.DAT file and delete it.
The file should be in your Windows\System or Windows\System32
folder. Then restart your computer. When the tablet driver loads it will
create a new preferences file with the factory default settings.
Lastly perform the tablet test procedure as per page 35 of the manual (link below).

not sure its possible. tattiebogle will help assign the buttons. check under about this mac and locate the controller under the USB setting. if it is listed it is recognized. I set up a similar controller on 10.8.4
I had this problem click on your brush menu and top right of that menu you will see a small icon with an arrow pointing down with 4 lines next to it, click on that then click Reset All Locked Settings. This worked for me
No, the settings have been changed for it. Go to the website for your computer and redownload the drivers for your touchpad. Or, you can go to your Hardware Manager to update them. Sometimes it can kick back on if you disable it in the HM and then re-enable
