Cd music is skipping on bose 321 system and one channel of dvd audio will stop playing. Disk player has also started making loud vibration noise after loading dvd or cd. This didn't used to happen. On CD skipping problem, power off then back on will fix for a while but will happen a few minutes later. On DVD problem, switching to FM input then back to DVD input will temporarily fix but will happen again either by itself or when DVD is stopped, paused and restarted etc.

I burned an mp4 on to a disc but will not play on my 321 gsx sbose ystem Says unsupported format I used the nero smart startsmart program and tried to burn as a data and as a video

I check 321 gsx sbose system that you use to play the DVD and it claims that it supports CD-R, CD-RW, SACD, DVD-R, DVD+RW, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD, CD, Video CD (NTSC, PAL). So make sure that the DVD that you burn the video onto should be compatible with your DVD player. And you can also refer to this post about burning mp4 with nero to make sure that you burn with right steps.

I have a Bose 321, 5 years old. It has started dropping the dialogue track on DVDs but the music track still plays. It is tempremental about the DVDs it plays, often reads bad disk or the DVD freezes. ...

BOSE offered a software upgrade to address the issue of freezing and not playing certain disks. You can get that right from BOSE by calling tech support. I am not sure that that will help with the newest symptom though (the humming).

Audio problems with Bose 321 system

Hi, sounds like the centre front speaker is disconnected. Check the wiring on that, if all is good there then a fault most likely with the amp. To make sure try connecting a different speaker to the centre channel just for test purpose to eliminate a speaker/cable fault. Best of luck

Bose 321 DVD System

I love my Bose 321 DVD system, but a few days ago, it started acting weird. I put in a DVD, and it reads - "No Disc".....and I'm not sure why. I cleaned the disc, and I also played a DVD/CD Maintenance kit - I'm not sure what is wrong. It seems like I have a problem within the system - what can I do?
