Question about SanDisk Sansa c200 MP3 Player

Frozen image Once powered up, the main menu screen does not come up. It is full blue with a small orange moon in the upper right corner of the screen. Cannot get to any of the functions.

Take a very close look at the screen, you might find a plastic
protective sheet adhered to it......just peel it off !!

I am suspecting that the battery is dead. Have you tried replacing the battery? You can always contact SanDisk for support. If it is still under warranty, then just send it back for a replacement.

How do you reset a Mp3 player with 512 mb but it doesnt have a reset button?


To reset your Sansa Mp3 player. 1. Slide and hold the Power switch up for approximately 20 seconds. 2. Release the Power switch. 3. To turn the player on, slide the Power switch up then release instantly.
If that does not get your player working again, try and Format to clear any corrupt files that may be present.

The device freezes after the welcome screen, updater won't work.

I recently purchased my MP4 player but I am having problems with it. Specifically, 1. Time/Date: I can not set the date or time on my MP4 player. There is no "OK" button on the screen as referenced on page...


1. Set the correct date and the Mid Button is the OK the center orange.
2. Volume is only changeable in the Music or Vidoe Player
3. to calibrate just press with your stylus on the center of the box with the cross lightly ( it calibrates the sensetivitys )

Invalid image on sansa c250


hold the record button
plug in the usb jack
release the record button
this should put it in the right mode.
then you need to reinstall the correct firmware.
since sansa doesnt post this on their website, check out the anythingbutipod forums
