Question about Olevia LT23HVX 23 in. LCD Television
Did they change the service port? I have a 30". I don't know where I can find a cable with a USB-A and an 8-pin. Any help?
If you are just trying to 'jump start' the tv to turn it on, get a usb cable, like the one you use to charge your cell phone. Touch the metal part of the service port, the 8-pin mini din witht he end of your charger cable that is plugged into the wall, until you see a flash on the screen, then turn the tv on like you normally would. It should turn on. If it doesn't jump it again.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
