Internet explorer keeps popping up window internet exploere has stopped working

13-1020US Notebook a Notebook (who OS< what windows is it ?)
real name
HP Folio 13-1020us Notebook seems like your unstated OS is infected to me.
it came with windows 7 or 8 new.! a fact.

is it still 7 or 8? or did you do the 2016 free W10 update (bad) from Microsoft./??? we can not guess OS here, ever.
click control panel, click system behold , OS true name. tell helper this...
sounds kinda like....
Windows 7 H3LL, this OS has over 350 updates!
and IE11 is now mandatory or the UPDATES stall or scramble up
1/2 installed and all messed up.

w8 is far far better OS, id up grade now if not there now. at HP.

seen fresh loads (many) of W7 , after the fresh load installed
IE11 fails to update to v11.
but it must, so goes mad like that. its problem at MS
they have the worst W7 update engine of all.
many folks had to abandon IE due to the above, and run Chrome.
or better Firefox, I dont run IE ever, since day 1. so.....

how to fix this, can be hard. (i have a cure but cant teach that I have a slip-streamed W7 disk that loads and just works with all updates)
Microsoft has special tools to make this happen and new ISO made. (ask)

My only answer is this.: (in all cases back up your data first)
Google for #1
1: run many online virus scanners, disinfect the system.
2: or reload w7, via the HP F11 key. power on hit f11, over and over fast until the RESTORE screens pop. then reload V7.
restore the OS, and then pray MICROSOFT update work right
Im told they cured some bad software they had,so might work.
NOW..
I updated mine to w10. for a more secure system....
My PC can not be upgraded to 10, for hardware reasons.(ask)

btw the real HP forum is here , we are not HP,

I couldnt sign in its shows I/O error how can i solve the problem

To resolve this problem, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Skype.
However, if the same error happens again, follow these steps:
  1. Quit Skype. If you can see the Skype icon in the taskbar (at the bottom right of your screen), right-click it and select Quit. If you cannot see the Skype icon, use Task Manager to close Skype: press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and click Start Task Manager. In the Applications tab, select Skype and click End Task.
  2. Make sure that you can see hidden files.
    On Windows XP:
    1. In Windows Explorer, go to Tools > Folder Options.
    2. Click the View tab.
    3. Under Hidden files and folders, tick Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
On Windows Vista / Windows 7:
    1. Click Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Folder Options.
    2. Click the View tab.
    3. Under Advanced settings, tick Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
  3. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the following folder:
    On Windows XP:
    • C:\Documents and Settings\\ApplicationData\Skype
    WindowsVista / Windows 7:
    • C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Skype
Where is your Windows user name.
  4. Locate the folder with the same name as your Skype Name and delete it.
This will delete your chat history. To save your chat history, copy all the .dbb files and the 'chatsync' folder to another location. You will be able to transfer them back (described in step 6, below). Please note that we cannot guarantee your entire chat history will be restored.
  5. Restart Skype and sign in with your Skype Name and password. If you forget your password, these instructions tell you what to do.
  6. The folder you have deleted will be recreated. If you saved your chat history files (described in step 4, above) transfer them back into the folder with the same name as your Skype name.
If you still have problems, please contact Skype Customer Service.

Internet exploer closes after I sign in to Yahoo on windows vista

Yes, you are infected. Go to safernetworking.org and download spybot search and destroy the current version.

Go through the thing carefully. If you need a detailed explanation on how to configure it to clean out the system, because it will need to be configured properly, then it can get out the infection.

If it can't, there is another way, but this is the easy way.

Windows XP won't load past the 'user account welcome screen'.

If you boot into safe mode* and have same problem, you might be missing a file called "userinit.exe."
It's located in the /WINDOWS/SYSTEM32 subdirectory. You can copy it from another xp computer
(suggest matching updated pro vs home files). Use your harddrive as a slave on another computer
if necessary.

*safe mode: Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard during boot up.

Then you gotta ask: how did that file get deleted? It's a popular file to attack by malware authors and
some anti-virus software will delete it as part of an infection cleansing.

Banner printing

got to be a setup problem. in your printer program there is a page for margins, page breaks. set all for zero or disable page breaks. as far as vista goes, personally I never liked it. I am running firefox and have been for the past three years. It doesn't have all the problem back doors like windows internet explorer. rarely do I ever get patches for the program - it just don't need them.AND firefox is completely compatible with 99% of all running programs.
