I have no drivers packard bell

May be OS miss. You can unplug your RAM and then plug it again then try it again. If it display same thing then recover your operating system from system reboot system.

try to download DRSUP, dvd its a large collection of driver for allkinda windows version. hopefully your sound card driver list on that dvd.

There is usually one or two screws that holds the DVD driver, flip laptop over, now look at the area where the DVD is, you should see one or two screws with or without a lock symbol, remove screws and gently remove player, don't forget to open the tray easier to remove. Check ebay to see if they have what you are looking for.

You will need to download your drivers from packard bell, select your country and enter the laptop serial number printed on service tag, then select download drivers and download and run the audio driver.
