Open the CW cheat folder on your computer, and open the Install folder.
Copy the seplugins folder to the root directory of your PSP memory stick (ex. F:\ or E:\).
Turn of your PSP completely bu holding down the power button.
Turn it on and hold down the R button to get the Recovery Mode screen.
Go to plugins, enable all the plugins.
To open CW Cheats menu ingame, hold the SELECT button.

  • Upgrade Fat PSP straight to CFw 3.52M33 from Extended Boot Menu then install update 3.52 M33-4 from XMB, without need to downgrade to 1.50.
  • Boot up PSP using Ultimate Loader with support for choosing which Pandora’s you reach V1, V3 or V4.
  • Boot up PSP to XMB with UPMS inserted-Fat Only.
  • Boot up to a full FW 1.50 from Memory Stick-Fat Only.
  • Use PSP Filer and other tools (If it requires 1.50, can’t for Slims).

Hi there. You cannot obtain the characters through the normal gameplay. you will need to download a Customized cheat for the game. You will need to install CWcheat.

Here is a Youtube video that shows you how to install CWCheat.

HOW DO I PUT CODE IN PSP?
follow these steps:
a.copy the codes you wanna use 
b.do this seplugins>cwcheat>cheat.db (rename to cheat.txt)
c.open the cheat.txt 
d.paste codes inside the cheat.txt
e.rename cheat.txt back to cheat.db and now your set to hack/cheat any game using cwcheat.

are you trying to use cwcheat because if so you need to hold select down for like 10 secs max

If that doesnt work go to http://cwcheat.consoleworld.org/downloads/index.php?act=download&id=31 then download it then open it and look for install and either place the seplugins folder in your memory stick (not under psp just right away) or copy all of its contents into the seplugins folder.

Then turn off your psp completely (not sleep) and reboot it holding r trigger down before you flip the switch and then go to plugins under recovery and activate (enable) all 3 things under it wich will be Cwcheat(pops).prx Cwcheat(game).prx
and Cwcheat(game150) and then you can insert your cheat
