unplug your washer for 5 minutes and try it...these washers are known to have pump issues..if its older one..the pump can be replaced...if its newer..the motor/ pump has to be bought and replaced...
I've had a similiar problem on my calypso. In my case the key pad would go dead after washing or pushing stop after a few minutes. If I unpluged the unit for a few minutes it would work again. This would appear to be in the controller board. I removed the board and inspected it finding no problems. After re-installing the board the washer appears to be working again. My conclusion is that there is a loose connector/connection. I'd suggest you remove and re-install all the connectors on the controller board. This is the board closest to the power chord.
Off Balance. From the service manual (you can google error codes for these machines), if the motor controller detects an unrecoverable off-balance condition, the machine controller will shut down and display an "ob" for off balance.
The lid switch must be opened at least once before restarting the cycle, if this condition occurs. Opening the lid will allow you to view and redistribute the load.
Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.
If this is a Calypso, there are retaining clips holding the top down in the front of the washer. You will need to look along the seam where the top meets the front panel the washer about 2 inches in from each side. Using a putty knife, insert into the seam and push straight in while lifting on the top. The retaining clips will release and the top lifts up. It may take a second set of hands to make this a little easier. When you get the top lifted up, there will be a couple of screws holding the front panel in place. Remove them and you have access to the interior of the washer. If this is not a Calypso, please post back so I can give you correct advice. I hope this helps you.
