Question about Asko T701 Electric Dryer
Hey. I had the same problem with my 701 about a year and a half ago. A great tech came out and had a very simple solution that fixed the problem: clean out the fan. A lot of lint collects down there and causes the dryer to become incredibly noisy. It's so easy to do and whenever the problem resurfaces - every 4 months, or so - I now take care of it myself. To see if this is the same problem you're having, just pop the lower panel off, then remove the fan cover (you'll just need a screwdriver for each). You can pull the fan out and remove any lint that's collected, and wash with a brush and water. Replace everything and see if it solves the problem. Good luck.

Remove the drum and check the front rollers, and the jockey pulley/belt for wear.also grease the jockey pin,you need to know how to remove the back panels on these asko dryers so you may want to ring asko to do it.remove all outer screws, centre nut and three screws left side about 3 inches up from base.hope this helps.

Tips for a great answer:
Hey friend, I appreciate your post!
I understand that your Electrolux gas dryer is making a loud vibration noise and is also loud while tumbling. There are several components in your dryer that could be causing this noise. Based off what you are describing it might be an issue with your suspension rollers, motor, or pulley. Since it could be any of these underlying issues I would suggest getting a technician out to diagnosis and repair your dryer. Hope this is helpful. - Matt
