YOUR DVD PLAYER HAS THE PROBLEM WITH THE LENS INSIDE THE UNIT. THE ONE WHO READ THE CD'S. YOU HAVE TO ADJUST THE TWO SMALL ADJUSTMENT AT THE BACK OF THE LENS OR IN THE SIDE OF IT. AFTER ADJUSTMENT, IF THE PROBLEM STILL THERE, THEN YOU HAVE TO REPLACE A NEW LENS. KIMTECH....firstname.lastname@example.org
