Has it come back on? if not it may be a connection going into the back of the cooker or if it has come back on it may be an overheat stat kicking in -check the blower (cooling) fan is ok.

When i using my oven, suddenly off i don't know how to fix

If there are no lights showing or electric fan or heat
Check the cooker trip / fuse on the main Fuseboard.
Should be 32 amp rating.
If Light works / or / and Fan but no heat then likely to be Cooker element. If its a double element or oven with grill you may still have reduced capacity to heat / cook food.

Why is my oven cutting out

If your oven is cutting out and this goes for anyone else experiencing the same problem.

If this is happening WITH ONLY THE COOKER. then either you will need the item looking at for proper earthing OR you will need the wiring checked for the cooker along with the RCD to which the cooker is connected as these can SOMETIMES be faulty.

Does the same happen if something else is plugged into the same socket??? If so then the socket and the wiring to the fuse board/ distribution board / consumer unit must be faulty or the earthing

Oven cooked a meal then no power

Check your junction box circuit breaker for issues. This should be on a 220 outlet. Find out if your model has an internal safety switch. If you trouble shoot all areas, then time to call a repair person.

Have a new electric cooker but the oven and 1 of the hob plates isn't working dc5422 beko

hi chances are that the internal thermal cutout fuse has gone this fuse is situated on the right hand side of the cooker when you have taken the back plate off about half way down it has two wires attached to it and is screwed with a self tap on the right hand corner of the body of the cooker near the middle of the cooker. You can buy this part and have it delivered for about £6 so is a very cheap fix.

My zanussi cooker has just lost all power to it any help please

Make sure there's power getting to your range, oven or cook-top. Check for a tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for power with a voltmeter or by plugging something else in. I would also advise to inspect the junction point on the backside of the unit for a possible separation of the power cord as well. If all checks out Ok, control will be the culprit.

    Fan but no heat

This tutorial will show you how to check your Smeg element and how to replace your Smeg cooker element.
Here are the 3 main faults to look for in your oven or cooker that is not heating
    1. Your oven will not work until the clock/timer has been re-set after replacing an oven element or tripping the electrical supply. Consult your Smeg manual.
    2. If you're Oven is not getting hot or heating up it could be a faulty element, if the fan in the oven is running and the thermostat light is on, this will lead us to believe that the element has gone faulty. With grills the thermostat light should come on there should be heat, if not then this could be the grill element or the thermostat.
    3. When you turn the oven on, the household electrical supply trips on the Rcd (this is the earth trip in the fuse board sometimes called the breaker tripping) your fan oven element has gone to earth and needs replacing.
If this helped like us on Facebook please
