- The visual on the T.V. died last night. I still have audio. The t.v. is 18 months old. I am not happy. I called Best buy and they say they have no record of the transaction.Kristin encore01824@yahoo.com

You need a new Y-sus (Y axis sustain) board. About £90 on ebay and easy to replace. make sure you get a multimeter first and check the bottom fuse on the left hand board (looking from the rear) if its ok then the board is dead. Get a new one and the tv should work. Failing that, the screen is dead. Then, buy a new tv!
