How do i refill and reset the cartridge for this printer?. Connected to a mac.

New ink cartridges put in but printer light still signally no ink and the copmputer agrees with the printer. Have tried two new cartridges so I know it's not the cartridge.
I have turned printer on/off at wall. Have removed all cartridges and reclipped them in.
