Question about Dell 5110cn Laser Printer
Please help with diagnosis of following error for Dell 5110CN CRUM ID -093-665
I tried everyting. I took the imaging drum out and poot it in, and notihng. This imaging drum worded before OK.
Crum has happened to me when using the wrong toner cart or using a non-Dell cart. If that is the case, replace the chip from the old Dell cart into the new non-Dell - easy to do by prying the small circular top off. You'll probably need to switch to non-Dell toner on the printer - go through menu to find it and your toner usage software will be disabled - that's life.
I also had this happen with real Dell toner cart and I did the same thing to rectify.
