A friend gave me the Kogi 17 eh-ta ko 17 in Flat panel LCD monitor. We got it installed and the screen has a pinkish tinge to it. Don't have the manual and would like to find out where the tint control is. Also, how do you control the speakers. Thanks

It may be that your video card is too old, that probably is the problem since you are running Windows 2k. If not open up your monitor's menu and see if you can manually change the monitor's resolution. Newer monitors do that.

there are four(4) buttons on your monitor to the left of the on/off switch.
Press the first one to the left of the off switch, which will bring up a menu, so you can select
bright or volume, screen size, etc; Next, there are two (2) buttons to the left of the first left button
that you can push to adjust brightness, size, vertical, etc;

Startt the pc in SAFE MODE  and change thr resolution of the screen, the computer does not work on 1280 X1024, so AT THE BOOT TIME  PRES F8 chose save mode with windows, tan on the property of the display change the video resolution at 1280 X1024, and i think you don't have the video driver instaled not sure but u can chek that as well.chek run WINDOWS UPDATE if your diver is not in place. to chek driver take a look in computer management  DEVICE MANAGER.  

Any Computer Electric Plug Will Work But The Cable For The Screen To Hook To The Computer Can Be Bought On Ebay, Circuit City, Radio Shack, Best Buy Wal-Mart Even.

the power cable is as the simple attach to run the pc..

the vga cable u have to buy it from computer/monitor shop..
ask them for cable by telling them the model and spec. of your monitor.

Hold the menu button down long enough and it should unlock, if it unlocks and then locks back up immediately, you have a problem on the main board
