Packard bell TJ65 is it a blue ray drive?

Bluray is an optional component. Not all of them will have it. Without a disk to put in and test, all you can do is look for a Bluray logo or software that might suggest that you can play Bluray disks.

Lost recoveries discs

Contact your machine supplier or Packard Bell , they will either give you a set of recovery disks or may charge you for them.

I believe that PB asked you to burn a copy of the disks when you first got the machine ?
