For easy usage you can now create icon for shutdown and restart on desktop.
Right click on desktop in that do to new and then select shortcut. Now you will get create shortcut window will appear. I this you will see one text box for select the location of the item. In that place you need to write "shutdown -s -t 00" without double quotes. and click next.
