Hello, When I turn my camera off, there is a clicking sound and the lens does not retract. When I turn it on, it retracts then extends and clicks, and displays that error. Please help!

Same problem. When I turn the camera off the lens does not retract either, but there is no clicking or grinding noise.
Suggest a new solution for this problem
