Use rca.com/codefinder c2brown was right!!
On the website: put in your model # and than what you are attempting to control. (TV, VCR, DVD, ect)
Scroll down to your make and try the numbers. They should be 4 digits like 2029 or 1025 as an example.
What they don't tell you on the web site is what buttons to push on the remote. So...this should work for you.
EX: To program your TV -
Turn the TV on at the TV manually.
Press and hold down the TV button, while holding the button down, enter your 4 digit code, let go of TV button and hit the POWER button on the remote, if your TV turns off you found your code! If not keep trying the other numbers listed for your brand. The same goes for other components. Turn VCR on. Press and hold VCR button, enter 4 digit code for your brand, ect....same as above.
Hope this helps you peeps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
