Error Message 1

Hi,

I have tried to start baking a loaf in my machine, and I get a blinking message that says E01, which I assume is an error message but without a manual or instruction book I have no idea what it means. Any ideas?

Thanks.
G.

For the breadman pro (assume the same for the 850), this means that the bread maker is too hot (likely you just finished baking another loaf)

E01 error on breadmaker

That means your oven chamber is too hot to start another loaf. Let your machine cool down about 1/2 hour before starting another loaf.

What does zojirushi error code e01 mean and how can I reset it?

Often those kind of warnings occur when the user hasn't allowed the bread machine to cool down adequately after baking a loaf of bread. Always be sure to open the lid on your machine and let it cool off for at least 1/2 hour before attempting to bake a 2nd loaf.

Getting an HHH error message and cannot get to the menu function

That is a temperature warning that is an automatic feature on bread machines. What the machine is telling you is that the oven chamber is still too hot from baking the last loaf. It does that to prevent you from starting another loaf and having that loaf fail due to the high heat killing the yeast. If you want to bake more than one loaf push the STOP button till it beeps, unplug the machine, raise the lid, and leave it open for no less than 20 minutes. It should work fine by then if not let cool off another 10 minutes. It will be cool enough by ½ an hour to start another one.

My power went out and now I can't finish baking my loaf - only had 30 minutes left - and I get an error E01. What can I do to salvage my jalapeno bread

If you can get the loaf out of the pan try finishing it in your oven for another 30 minutes. If your power is back on just choose the bake only program and set it for 30 minutes.

I got an error that is 5 an upside down F 00, what does this mean

Hi that usually means there is a problem with the temperature of your cook chamber (oven portion of your machine). If you have just finished baking a loaf it will read that before it cools down...or, if the chamber is too cold it will give you that message or similar to it. Try again after it has been at room temperature for awhile....

I baked a white bread and want to bake another one. The 1 st one is perfect but when I put in the pan to start the next ons the timer said 0;00 and will not start. PLEASE I AM EXPECTING GUESTS. Erna

Hi there, You have to let your machine cool off before starting you 2nd loaf. Your machine knows that it is too hot. Most all bread machines do that. After you bake your first loaf. Take the pan out empty the bread loaf onto a rack and place the empty pan on a plate. Leave the lid up on your machine and let it cool off. It should be fine in about 30 minutes and ready to bake again. If this works for you please leave a vote or testimonial thanks! I love helping people!

Getting he3 error message

That message is the machine telling you that it is TOO HOT to bake a loaf of bread. It usually comes on when you have baked a loaf of bread and then try to a bake another one before it completely cools off. If you are getting that message with a cold machine then you have a problem that will require repair or replacement. I hope your machine is new or under warranty if you are getting that message with a cold machine.

Yes, that just happened to me. The book says E01 means the Breadman is too hot - remove Bread Pan with ingredients, and wait until the Breadman cools down - about 20 min - before preparing a new loaf.

E02 means the Breadman is too cold. Unplug machine and allow it to heat up to room temp. and try again.

For E03,4,5,8 - unplug the Breadman and contact customer service.
