Question about LG WM-2277HW Front Load Washer
I have the 1814 but from looking at the service manuals it is similar to the 2277. We have tried all the suggestions, turned it off, unplugged it, ran a QC, cleaned the filters, and replaced the sensor assembly (figured it was worth a shot for $20). The washer fills with water, spins right and left a few times, and then after about 2 minutes quits with the LE code. Any other ideas?
I have a 2277 and had the same problem. A tech came out and couldn't find anything wrong. He suggested that I cut down on the soap (HE) and use only about 1 tablespoon. Also said that you shouldn't see any suds. Supposedly, too many suds does something to the sensor. So far, it's working. Please note that I was not overfilling the soap dispenser in the first place. Hope this helps.
