My computer starts but before booting it shuts down.

What can I do, whenever I turn on my computer it shows an alert message, after that it tells me to press F1, then appears a screen that says into which mode I want to start (Safe Mode, Windows Normally, etc.) whenever I put safe mode or start windows normally the computer shows up the windows XP loading and after that it just shut downs. What can I do?

You may have lost part of your windows program. If you have a system restore disk, you can run a system restore and probably fix your problem.
Some of your windows files have gotten deleted. When windows gets to this point all windows knows to do is restart. A virus can cause this problem.

KDL52EX700 shuts down and restarts

If it is showing a blue scree of death (BSOD) and shuts down before you can read the error message try this:
Turn the computer off, then turn it on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Scroll down below Safe Mode and you will see an option to Disable Automatic Restart. Select it and reboot your machine. Next time it boots up you will be able to read the error message. You'll probably need a system disc or repair disc to fix the blue screen error message.

My computer windows station is sutting down repeatly and before shutdown show a massege, that is the application failed to intialize because the window station is shutting down

Shutting Down is powering off your computer, That message is just telling you that windows is turning off your computer and closing all programs. If an application fails to initialize it just means it can not start as windows is shutting down

Gateway FPD1530 loses image shortly after powering up.

try booting into safe mode. press F8 while the computer is booting. see if everything stays normal. It should tell you that it booted into safe mode. Once there, change the resolution or the frequency of the display(also known as the refresh rate) by right clicking on the desktop and selecting properties. Once there, click the tab all the way to the right, it should give you color quality options and resolution options. At the bottom, there should be an advanced tab. Depending on our video card this menu can be different from others. Look in that new window for and option to change the refresh rate or the frequency. The value will be in xxx hertz. try setting it to 60 hertz.
