Can't change alarm (by 2 users)

My alarm switched from Monday thru Friday to Saturday and Sunday and I don't know how to change it back

I cannot find the instruction booklet and cannot figure out how to change from weekend to weekdays or to both. Sombody help! I have two of these clocks!
