Screen hanging up frequently

format it and reinstall OS (if freeze means Hanged frequently) but first check the heat level. some time system got hanged because of overheating/faulty RAM or overloaded software (which consumes lot of memory. if every thing is ok and you are using internet without gud anti virus then possibility of affected or corrupted OS is higher.

Your dvd/cd player is overheating, if you can try and move the station out to where it is more ventilated. It should fix the problem.

hi, is possible the memory space of your is low, try delete some applications you added or downloaded on the phone.

Do a master reset of the handset , 90% of the problems get resolvved by master reset

If your phone isn't modified, then screen goes off - it's factory pre-set. If your phone is modified then you have to check which tweaks are applied and change settings.

no it is not due to the virus because it is a minor prblm. only u hav to remove the battery for few minutes and then attach it again .. then switch on ur phone... it will work again..

Try formatting your Memory Card and if it fails, you should take it to the Nokia Care.

three things can contributeto the problem. (1) re-load the operating system (os) . 2. change and upgrade your ram. 3.change your prossessor.

If it's new, it's under warranty, get a new one.

Also, if you have tons of add-ons, this can cause frequent hangs. Uninstall some of them.
