There is nothing you can do unless your mouse has a way to change channels. You could try wrapping in tin foil, and placing real close to your mouse, it will still get your signal, but it should be shielded enough so the other signal will not interfere, give it a try.

My mouse works but my keyboard does not. I have installed new batteries and still no response from my wireless keyboard. Any suggestions?

Have you synchronised the keyboard with the wireless receiver unit after changing the batteries? It's normally a case of pressing the connect button down on the receiver and then holding down the connect button on the back of the keyboard until the receiver picks up the signal.

My keyboard is typing double letters. I have rebooted, changed batteries. But still typing double. reverted to usb keyboard for time being

I had this problem after changing the batteries in Logitech Cordless Internet Pro Keyboard - Model Y-RAJ56A, very frustrating.
I am using a KVM switch that only has PS2 outputs and one of the computers doesn't have PS2 connectors for both keyboard and mouse. This necessitated another mouse & receiver. Receiver will accept both mouse & keyboard but initial installation didn't include pairing the KB with the receiver, it
picked it up from the KVM.
When I changed the batteries in the keyboard I instinctively pushed the buttons to pair the receiver to the keyboard.
Wrong move!
Now the computer is receiving keyboard command from both the former 'mouse only' receiver & the KVM, creating ddoouubbllee letters. After pairing, they refused to be unpaired.
Solution was to go to Control Panel, in Device Management and disable Wireless Keyboard. Now it only receives keystrokes from the KVM.
Problem was solved.

Hope this helps, Plasticman69

Logitech mouse frozen up we changed batterys in

If the mouse is freezing up though the batteries are fully charged, here's what you need to do:

1. Try to use different batteries just to make sure that it's not a power issue.
2. Connect the wireless USB dongle into different USB ports of the computer.
3. Try to connect the USB dongle in different computer and try to use the mouse (to make sure that it's not a computer issue).
4. Make sure that there's no cordless phone, cell phone and other wireless devices that might interfere the wireless signal.

The Logitech wireless mouse is running on 2.4MHz frequency, same frequency as the other wireless devices. Any wireless device might cause the mouse to freeze.

If same problem occur, then it's a hardware problem. Contact Logitech and RMA the mouse.

Thank you and good luck!

Im in an office with three computers that all have wireless keyboards. One of the keyboards keeps typing letters on another computer. How do I stop the signals from being mixed?

I have had a similar problem, when I wanted to run one Microsoft wireless mouse next to my TV and another Microsoft wireless mouse next to the PC in the same room. Both wireless receivers were picking up keystrokes from the keyboard, so the computer thought all keys were being hit twice.

You didn't mention your brand of wireless keyboard, but for microsoft products you push a button on top of the receiver, and then a button on the bottom of the keyboard or mouse to "pair" them. Repeat this step for the computers that are interfering with each other to solve your problem.

Find these steps laid out for you at the microsoft website here:

Mouse inconsistent

Other than checking with the manufacturer for updated drivers or known issues - or attempting to roll-back the driver if a new one has been installed recently, I can't think of anything, seems to be a sticking button or otherwise faulty mouse.

Mikomi wireless keyboard

Mikomi doesn't have its own drivers. You can try using Logitech Setpoint (any version works)

Download the one that most resembles your mouse. You can see the various mice from the drop down menu or choose the one that you see in this link..
