Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
Try to remove the motherboard from the casing. upon reinstalling the motherboard make sure the screw are well tighten and the contact with the case is well and good.

I had the same problem with an eMachines I have now collecting dust in a corner. It could be two things: Motherboard is damaged or CPU is fried.

I would get the ezack one that came out of it and put that one back in. try it, the if it does not work I would replace the mother board
