Install driver for printer driver IP1500.


I assume this is a Canon Pixma iP1500. Here is the link for your driver. Just scroll down and choose your operating system. Any software and all else you need is there also. http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=357&modelid=10236

Canon


You prob have a few small pieces of photo paper jammed in the printer somewhere. Try to take something small that you can push through the printer to make sure there is nothing hidden jamming the printer.
